Adjustment of eccentrically located stock is hard

Eccentrically located stock stored at warehouses or factories causes frequent transfer from large volume inventory sites to small volume inventory sites. When such situation occurs, transfer cost occurs, and it results in negative impact on profit. In addition, the amount of work for personnel managing inventory also increases, and the efficiency of inventory management worsens.

How can it be solved? What is the method?

This issue can be solved by using SynCAS PSI Visualizer. There are two reasons.

[1] Drill down from company-wide inventory to inventory by warehouse

Drill down from company-wide inventory to inventory by warehouse

SynCAS PSI Visualizer has a "Drill down function" that can break down from company-wide inventory (whole) to inventory by warehouse and product inventory (individual). By this function, you will be able to quickly find the biased inventory by each warehouse. Moreover, grouping can be done not only by each warehouse, but also by region, which enables detection of eccentrically located inventory from every perspective, and preventing it.

[2] Detect warehouse which inventory is not moving, and visualize bias of inventory
