Message from the President

Since its' establishment in Sendai in 1984, Hitachi Solutions East Japan has provided various solutions that support social life and corporate activities through digital systems and services as a company responsible for the Hitachi Group's social innovation business.
Our mission is purpose-driven which "Each and every employee pursues individual happiness and growth, and contributes to the sustainability of customers, local communities, and society by creating the highest experience value through digital technology and problem-solving capabilities." We have established this as a pass to push forward our business on a daily basis.

In recent years, unforeseen circumstances such as the frequent occurrence of natural disasters, the outbreak of infectious diseases, and soaring energy & raw materials have continued. In order to respond to these changes in the business environment, the creation of new business models utilizing data & digital technologies and the transformation of work styles & companies themselves (Digital Transformation: DX) have become issues for companies around the world, including us.
For us, "people" are our greatest asset. By making the pursuit of human well-being and the spirit of challenge a driving force for our sustainable growth, we believe that this will lead to solutions for customers' issues and further contributions to the local community, society, and the world.
In addition, in order to further strengthen our activities to create new value and our human resource development, we will further promote reforms in working styles and ways of work through DX.

Our unique digital technologies and problem-solving capabilities cultivated since our founding have been inherited over a long period of time under our human resource development guidelines. Our strength is our commitment to our own technologies, which has been nurtured.
